16th Annual Marin County Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous Retreat
October 2 - 4, 2020
This retreat is open to women who are members of Overeaters Anonymous and is a full weekend event.
Location: The retreat will be at the Enchanted Hills Camp in the beautiful hills above Napa.
Accommodations: Cabins have four beds and a bathroom with a shower. A limited number of single rooms are available in the Lodge, which has communal bathrooms. Singles typically sell out quickly. Bedding and towels are provided. Food is nutritious and wonderful and appropriate for a variety of food plans.
Registration and Installment Payment Plan: Fee includes accommodations for two nights plus 6 meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Early registration postmarked by July 31, 2020: $287.00 ($330 for single room). Registration postmarked from August 1 through September 10, 2020: $302.00 ($345 for single room). Online Registration and Payment Option: Online Registration and Payment Option: Starting on April 1 you can register and pay online at https://www.oamarin.org/retreat.html. Standard PayPal fees will apply.
Payment Plan Option: You can pay in two installments. If your first payment is postmarked by July 31, send $147 ($190 for single room). If you mail it after July 31, send $162 ($205 for single room). The balance of $140 is due by September 10.
Refunds: If the retreat needs to be canceled, your full payment, minus any PayPal fees, will be refunded. Refund requests made by registrants will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after September 10 unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list.
Scholarships: If you are experiencing financial hardship and would otherwise not be able to attend, you can apply for a partial scholarship. Your application must be postmarked by July 31. Do not include a check. Scholarships will be awarded in a random drawing. You will be notified about the availability and amount of funding by August 10 and the balance of the registration fee will be due by September 10 to hold your spot.
